Job Description
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients and employees. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to inquiries via email or phone, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of all inquiries and solutions provided, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues, and contributing to the development of knowledge base articles for common problems.
