Job Description
As an Accounts Payables Associate, you will be responsible for managing the company’s payment processes and maintaining accurate financial records. This role involves verifying and processing invoices, reconciling statements, and communicating with vendors.
Key duties include ensuring all payments are made on time, resolving billing discrepancies, and assisting with month-end closing activities. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software are essential for this position.
