Job Description
As a Workforce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the staffing needs and operational efficiency of our organization. Your main duties include analyzing workload forecasts, scheduling staff, and monitoring performance metrics.
You will collaborate with various departments to ensure adequate staffing levels, optimize employee schedules, and implement strategies to improve productivity and service quality.
