Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Human Resource Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, this role involves developing and implementing HR strategies to support the business objectives nationwide.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, with at least 5 years of progressive HR experience. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy development. The candidate must be able to collaborate with various stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
