Job Description
As a Checkout Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee the smooth operation of the checkout area in our store. You will be in charge of managing a team of cashiers, ensuring efficient and accurate checkout process, handling customer inquiries and issues, and monitoring inventory levels at the checkout counters.
- Manage and train checkout staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Monitor and report on checkout performance
- Resolve customer complaints
