Job Description
As a Gender-Safeguard Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all gender-related issues are addressed appropriately within our organization. You will develop, implement, and monitor policies and programs to promote gender equality and eliminate gender-based discrimination.
Your role will involve conducting gender assessments, providing training on gender mainstreaming, and collaborating with various departments to integrate gender-sensitive approaches into our operations.
Excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of gender issues, and the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making are essential for this position.
