Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities include managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and handling confidential information with discretion.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in administrative support, proficiency in MS Office, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
