Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage various departments.
- Develop administrative systems and maintain a conducive work environment.
- Optimize department systems and control company expenses.
- Manage employee discipline and policy enforcement.
- Coordinate departments for resource allocation.
- Analyze and report department feedback to the CEO.
- Handle business reception and maintain external relationships.
- Manage critical company certifications and assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Mandarin, English, knowledge of Filipino is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from a prestigious university.
- Experience: Management experience in large companies.
- Age: Below 38 years old, Filipino-Chinese or foreign nationals.
- Skills: Strong learning ability, logical thinking, and public relations skills.
