Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
- Train, supervise, and mentor restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
- Manage and optimize restaurant resources, including inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase restaurant profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to plan and execute menus, specials, and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
- Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
- Continuously monitor and improve restaurant operations to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
