Job Description
Mall Leasing Lead at Festival Supermall Inc.
Position Summary:
The Mall Leasing Lead works on and assists in completing and maintaining mall occupancy; ensuring relevance of the tenant mix of all developments; maintaining rental revenue within or above the approved rates; and establishing new networks and stronger relationships with commercial brands in retail.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course (Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts)
- With work background on retail/shopping center operations
- Exposed to brands and trends in the market.
- Understands shoppers’ behavior, needs, and wants.
- Able to understand retail development and targeted market as well as in identifying gaps and opportunities.
- Willing to be assigned in Pampanga.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
