Job Description
- Assist the managers in ensuring smooth overseas purchases of company materials and products.
- Search for quotations from suppliers, selecting products with the best quality and price.
- Negotiate optimal purchasing packages with suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Coordinate bidding processes for transparent procurement within the company.
- Track overseas purchase orders in the system.
- Monitor deliveries to ensure timely receipt of items at site/store.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in compliance with company policies.
- Consult with the team and management for overseas purchasing approvals.
- At least one year of Purchasing/Import-Export Management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Word/Excel, Internet, and Email.
- Fluent in written and oral English.
- Demonstrate honesty, responsibility, hard work, and flexibility.
