Job Description
HR Officer Responsibilities:
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacancies, and managing the employment process.
- Orientation of new employees and training existing employees.
- Monitoring employee performance.
- Ensuring all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Communicating with staff about performance issues.
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping of employee information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
- 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, computer literate.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Adaptable, works well under pressure, and independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From Php15,00.00 per month
