Job Description
The Supervisor, Workforce Management is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workforce team. This role involves managing schedules, monitoring attendance, and ensuring optimal resource utilization.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, analytical abilities, and communication skills. Experience in workforce planning and scheduling software is preferred.
