Job Description
The Lease Officer is responsible for lease negotiations, lease contract/term agreement, renewals, and relationship management. He/she helps the Lease Manager achieve the maximum occupancy rate and business strategies for the assigned mall.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any equivalent course.
- Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidate with experience in commercial leasing is preferred.
- Candidate must be willing to be assigned at Robinsons Place Malolos located in Malolos, Bulacan.
