Job Description
1. Loading and unloading of company products.
2. Assisting drivers to find delivery locations.
3. Compiling accurate delivery records and reports.
4. Reporting all delivery-related problems to immediate supervisor.
5. Effectively communicating with customers to resolve complaints.
6. Liaising with the main office or the warehouse logistics team to notify the driver of any changes to daily routes.
7. Assisting with the unloading of the delivery vehicle at the end of each shift.
8. Obtaining customers’ signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the delivered products.
9. Ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
10. Prepare a daily field itinerary or record to be submitted at every cut-off.
11. Advising your supervisor on the status of the task or if the task could not be fulfilled.
12. Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
