Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Associate in IT Technical Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal teams and external clients.
Key responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and maintaining documentation of IT infrastructure.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IT systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
