Job Description
The Candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. The Candidate is also primarily responsible for the recruitment of agents, developing business distribution channels, managing staff in addressing customer requirements, and handling escalated customer service issues.
Responsibilities:
- Business development activities of the branch
- Intermediary servicing
- Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales
- Maintain financial responsibility and asset management
- Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
- Experience in recruiting and training intermediaries
- 1+ years in insurance-related job
- Preferably with a valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
