Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Technical responsible for Casino operation support.
- Assign tasks, manage workloads, guidance to team members to obtain efficient team environment.
- Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of casino gaming systems and equipment.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and updates to hardware and software gaming technology.
- Provide technical expertise to resolve complex casino technology issues. Troubleshoot gaming equipment, systems, and software.
- Ensure seamless operation of slot machines, electronic gaming devices, and related systems.
- Respond promptly to technical incidents and disruptions in casino operations. Lead the troubleshooting process and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.
- Keep detailed incident records for analysis and reporting.
- Enforce security protocols and practices to protect casino data and operations.
- Ensure compliance with gaming industry regulations and standards.
- Monitor for potential security vulnerabilities and address them proactively.
- Provide training to casino staff and Technical Support – IT on using gaming systems and equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of casino technology procedures and configurations.
- Generate regular reports on system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.
- Keep records of training sessions and user interactions.
- Manage critical situations, such as technology outages during gaming hours.
- Follow established protocols to minimize disruptions and restore operations promptly.
- Ensure that casino IT practices adhere to relevant gaming regulations and standards.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach when interacting with casino staff and patrons.
- Address user inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
- College Graduate with Information Technology Course or related
- At least 2 years of experience in Gaming IT
- At least 1 year of experience as IT Supervisor in Casino
- Must have excellent Supervisory, Technical, and Business Skills
