Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems for visual appeal and ease of use.
- Monitoring Web Traffic and Customer Feedback to assess site updates.
- Monitoring Sales & Inventory, Scheduling Sale Events. Customer Care (FB Messenger, Phone).
- Processing & Packing Orders. Additional tasks as needed.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree related to the field.
- Minimum 1 year e-commerce experience, preferably with Shopify.
Job Type: Full-time
