Job Description
The Workforce Management Real Time Analyst is responsible for monitoring and analyzing real-time call volume patterns, forecast accuracy, and staffing levels to ensure efficient operations.
Key duties include making real-time adjustments to schedules, analyzing data to identify trends, and providing recommendations for optimizing workforce performance.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role.
Experience with workforce management software and excellent communication skills are highly desirable.
