Job Description
We are seeking a talented Collections Specialist to join our team. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting clients and customers to collect outstanding payments. You will negotiate payment plans, monitor delinquent accounts, and ensure timely payment collection.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Prior experience in collections or related field is preferred. Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations is a plus.
