Job Description
As a Lead HRSS Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR Shared Services team and managing HR service delivery to meet the organization’s objectives.
Your main duties include analyzing HR processes, providing recommendations for improvement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
You will also lead a team of HRSS professionals, establish best practices, and implement HR technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
If you have a strong background in HR operations, excellent analytical skills, and leadership capabilities, this role is perfect for you.
