Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
– With at least 1 year of experience in Manpower Industry.
– Graduate of Psychology or any Human Resource Course.
– Computer literate (MS Office)
– With good communication skills.
– Experience in sourcing and pooling is an advantage.
– Adept in managing the whole recruitment process, training, and employee engagement.
– Reliable knowledge of behavior-based structured interviewing and profiling.
– Willing to be assigned in Canlalay Binan Laguna.
