Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center – Logistics Support specialist at AspireBPO in Cubao. In this role, you will provide exceptional non-voice support to our logistics operations by coordinating with clients, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Successful candidates must possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Prior experience in logistics or call center is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
