Qualifications:
- At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) or College Level with TOR
- Must have 4 years total of CSR experience – VOICE INTERNATIONAL ACC
- Proven experience as a customer service representative or similar role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
