Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, inquiries, or concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers.
Qualifications:
- Interview location: Ortigas (Face to Face Interview only)
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status
- 18 years old and above, completed at least 2nd year in college
- Conversant in English
Nice to have (Optional):
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
