Job Description
· Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
· Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all regulations
· Develop training materials and performance management programs
· Create a compensation strategy based on market research
· Investigate and resolve employee issues
· Ensure compliance with government regulations
· Provide guidance and feedback to the team
· Maintain HR policies, organization charts, and employee directory
· Partner with management for HR goals alignment
· Conduct performance and salary reviews
· Analyze trends in compensation, benefits, and implement retention strategies
