Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage driver schedules to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and inspections for optimal fleet condition.
- Oversee driver recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Address driver concerns, liaise with departments, and enforce safety protocols.
- Monitor fuel consumption, provide excellent customer service, and stay updated on industry trends.
