Your Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure outstanding customer experiences.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions to enhance service quality.
Needed Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- At least 18 years old and above
