Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Supervisor in the Recovery or Resolution department. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of recovery specialists and ensuring efficient operations in resolving customer issues.
Key responsibilities include managing escalations, analysing recovery trends, and implementing improvement strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Proven track record in problem resolution and recovery processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
