Job Description
WAGMI Solutions, a technology and business process outsourcing company based in the Philippines, is looking for a skilled Training Manager to strengthen our team. As a Training Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing comprehensive training programs that align with our organizational objectives. Your duties will involve identifying training needs, delivering sessions using diverse methods, assessing program efficacy, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure training meets organizational objectives.
