Job Description
Qualification Requirements:
- At least high school graduate.
- Must have experience in operating CNC machines.
- Basic knowledge of Wirecut machine, and conventional Lathe/Milling machine.
- Ability to work on a wide variety of complex parts from drawings.
- Understanding of CNC machining work and tool offset.
- Basic knowledge of GD&T.
- Ability to identify critical blueprint dimensions.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficient in Math.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set-up the Machine for optimum output.
- Troubleshoot and optimize production programs.
- Produce jigs and fixtures to improve productivity.
- Select, regrind, or reshape cutting tools per CNC setting.
- Perform dry running of CNC program.
- Inspect finished products and make adjustments if necessary.
- Plan tooling requirements for future jobs.
- Oversee quality control in the machining cell.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
