Job Description
KMC SAVILLS is the Philippines’ leading full service real estate solutions provider for local and multinational business locators.
POSITION: Billing and Collection Assistant
LOCATION: Buhangin Rd, Davao
WORK SET UP: Onsite, 6 days a week
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree/ Graduate of any Accounting or Finance Related Course
- At least One (1) year of work experience in the related field
- Skills: People management, Personal Development, Excellent leadership and communication skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Financial Operations
1.1. Accurate and timely billings and collections
1.2. Prepare financial reports and assist in tax returns
2. Vendor Management
2.1. Assist in managing building vendors
3. Administrative Operations
3.1. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and government permits
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
