Job Description

APPLICANTS MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN ORTIGAS.

An Admin Assistant is expected to:

Be responsible for keeping the office supplied and organized. This involves lots of small duties, like typing and taking notes during meetings, but their overall responsibilities are essential. Admin Assistants are responsible for things like:

  • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed Maintaining files
  • Using basic office equipment like printers, faxes, or scanners – Ensuring the office runs smoothly

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1 + years related work experience preferably in a human resources operations support role.
  • Previous industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency in computer programs, specifically Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Amenable to work night shift
  • Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas

Salary: From Php32,00.00 per month
