Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Social Media Account, focusing on a blended approach. As a CSR, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and concerns through social media platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong understanding of social media platforms. Experience in customer service and social media management is preferred.
