Jobs Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact, avoiding transfers.
- Match customers’ needs with Clients’ products and services.
- Use negotiation and influencing skills to handle objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share information with internal and external clients and colleagues.
