Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Preferably with experience as HR assistant
- Organized and analytical
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent record keeping
- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Amenable to work in Carmona, Cavite
- Can start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain cleanliness in CEO’s office
- Handle mails, letters, and parcels
- Prepare meeting rooms
- Manage incoming calls efficiently
- Assist with HR document filing
- Record keeping and distribution of supplies
- Assist with employee concerns and first aid
- Other tasks assigned by Superiors
Job Details:
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: Php13,00.00 – Php14,00.00 per month
