Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Research and resolve queries
- Provide guidance to lower-level employees
- Offer expert services to customers
- Provide troubleshooting support
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary Range: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Benefits include additional leave, health insurance, opportunities for promotion, and more.
Schedule: 8-hour Day shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary, Anniversary bonus, Tips, and more
