Job Responsibilities:
- Answers customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provides customer assistance and support
- Ensures excellent customer service experience
- Addresses participant questions and concerns
Requirements:
- College graduates or BPO experience
- High School grads with BPO experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work within 25km to 35km of the office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php24,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
