Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and resolve technical issues.
- Communicate technical information to customers clearly.
- Escalate technical issues to internal technical teams for resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems with customers and internal technical teams.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions and provide reports to management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college coursework in tech or related field preferred.
- Experience is not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
