Job Description
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/ Human Resources or a relevant field.
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience under Recruitment/Onboarding Specialist.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office.
- Must be willing to work onsite specifically at Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
Job Descriptions:
- Scheduling of Pre-Hire Orientation and New Hire Orientation.
- Facilitates a seamless New-Hire Onboarding process for new hires.
- Generation of 201 files fulfillment of NHO forms and other onboarding documents.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- Maintain an updated roster of candidate’s information.
- Monitoring and tracking of pre-employment screening requirements.
- Acts as a resource for new employees’ general questions.
- Endorsement and monitoring of Background Check Verification.
- Send daily, weekly, and monthly report and hiring data.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
