Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for M&E projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis for M&E works.
- Assist with contract administration, including preparing and reviewing contracts, variations, and claims.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost control and project delivery within budget.
- Provide technical support and expertise in CCTV security systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with general administrative tasks
- Handle procurement of M&E materials and equipment, including obtaining quotes and negotiating prices.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements and Skill
- Candidate must possess at least Degree / Quantity Surveyor / Building or equivalent.
- Able to communicate effectively to liaise with supplier & sub-contractors.
- Work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems and components, with a focus on CCTV security systems.

Salary: From Php18,00.00 per month
