Job Description
- Graduate of BS HRM or relevant course
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Ensuring that all staff members are performing their duties properly.
- Representative for the management team and must handle all business inquiries, networking opportunities and operations with utmost professionalism.
- Train current new employees on company policies and procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership, organizational, problem-solving skills and time management.
- Able to work with pressure and less supervision.
- Able to prioritize tasks and adapt changing work demands.
- Work assignment will be in Lanang, Davao City
