Job Description:
As an Employee and Labor Relations Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting fair treatment and resolving workplace disputes. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing employee relations strategies
- Providing administrative support for employee grievances and terminations
- Assisting in investigations of employee complaints
- Maintaining accurate records on labor relations
- Developing and communicating HR policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Psychology
- Prior HR support experience with labor relations exposure
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws
- Strong organizational and communication skills
