Job Description
Newbie Station is a logistics company based in Bonifacio Global City with warehouses in Biñan and Calamba. We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable staff to work in our Calamba warehouse.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
To qualify, you must have:
- A degree in an Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Mathematics program
- An ability to prioritize and manage expectations
- A keen eye for detail
- An ability to work independently
- The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company
- A mathematical background
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
