Job Description
Are you passionate about customer relations? Areza Group of Companies is looking for a Customer Relation Officer to join our team. As a Customer Relation Officer, you will be responsible for addressing customer concerns, relay feedback, troubleshoot issues, and improve customer relations.
CRM OFFICER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing customer relationships managed by your team.
- Resolving customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers informed about the latest products to boost sales.
- Strategically planning with organization managers.
- Expanding customer base through upselling and cross-selling.
- Understanding and addressing key customer needs.
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
- Keeping abreast of competition and strategizing accordingly.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Overtime
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Biñan City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
Experience:
- Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
