Caldwell Communications are continuously looking for candidates to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact, aiming to avoid transferring calls.
- Match customers’ needs with clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure customer buy-in.
- Share information with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
