Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Produces superior products and provide excellent customer experience
- Responds efficiently to customer issues and complaints
- Maintains quality standards in food production
- Conducts inventory and order supplies
- Ensures cleanliness, safety, and security of premises
- Conducts team member performance evaluation and provides feedback for improvement
- Conducts training for new team members
- Maintains harmonious work environment for the team
- Prepares crew scheduling and other manpower-related reports
- Motivates and encourages crew to achieve targets
- Implements company policies and procedures and upholds the company’s culture and values
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related Hospitality Management field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Store Supervisor or in a related supervisory role
- Knowledgeable on Online ordering and POS principles
- Skilled in restaurant or fast food production
- Committed to implementing HACCP / Public Health standards
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From Php25,00.00 per month
