Job Description
As a Member Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our members. Your main duties will include responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with membership-related tasks. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude are essential for this role. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
