Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Lab Team Manager to join our team. As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer success specialists in delivering exceptional support and guidance to our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing customer success strategies, overseeing team performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
